MADLUL BRIEF
The regional position, one line per country, each carrying its own confidence label.
How to read the brief
Each line summarises where a country stands, drawn from the same source record as the rest of the site. The confidence label beside each line is the same vocabulary used on stories, and it means the same thing here: read it before the line, not after.
A brief is a summary, not a substitute for reporting. Where you want the evidence, the country name links to the coverage behind it.
What the brief does not do
It does not forecast. It does not rank countries against each other, and it does not imply that a country we do not currently follow is quiet — only that we are not briefing on it.
